I would now like to officially begin the first step of The Club Penguin Rangers Democratic Republic Act Of 2008.  The first step is to nominating yourself to run for a position in our new Government when the elections start in about a week. Now I will give you a list of all the positions you can sign up for.

 Head Of Senate (High General)- The Head Of The Senate makes final adjustments to plans the Senate makes.  He or she will also lead the Senate and will have the final decision on decisions the Senate makes.  He or she will also lead Senate Meetings.  (Only one penguin can have this position.)

 Member Of Senate (General)- A member of the senate has the ability to plan parties, suggest wars, override wars claimed by the Commander And Chief, suggest alliances with other armies, and to override an alliance with another army.  A member of the Senate most vote with other members to agree or disagree on ideas and pass them or not pass them. (All ideas must eventually be agreed to by the General Assembly and more then one penguin can have this position.)

 Judge- A Judge has to deal with a situation in which the Commander And Chief, the Vice Commander And Chief, A Senator Or General Assembly Member, or a Head Of Senate or Head Of General Assembly gets impeached.  A Judge has to design a punishment for the person and must find another person to take the position. (More then one person can have this position.)

 To run for a position give your penguin’s name, if they have ever been banned, if they are a member or a non-member, and give a short speech of why you deserve the position.  In a couple of days the names of the candidates will be given to the voting public, and the election will begin.
